It is responsive and precise touch applications for Windows 7 plus and the processor is fast. It is quiet and boots, which is the key to fast for me. The touch Apps are a mixed bag. The calendar app is a huge dissapointment because it is intended to synchronize with Google and it does not work at all. It is a key component of the reason I got the computer so the family is the calendar we all have and all that can share the access. Perhaps it will be an update? The recipe app is useful because it loads recipes that you find online. The notes app is ok, as you can post to see it leave marks on the screen for others. The picture is like Picasso App from Google with fast access to an online photo service. Compared to the IPAD, of course, the apps have a long way to go, but HP has done a step in the right direction.
